• Files and Conditions are considered received on the day they are successfully uploaded to the Correspondent Seller Connect Portal.
• If the file is incomplete, it is considered received on the day it becomes complete.
• Files and Conditions must be received by 2:00 pm PST; items received after 2:00 pm PST are considered received on the next business day.
• When uploading conditions, credit or closing packages you must hit SUBMIT for Review in order to send the file back to us.
