• Files and Conditions are considered received on the day they are determined to be complete after upload (Submit for Review) to the Correspondent Seller Connect Portal.
  • Credit Package submission is complete when milestone status updates to Submitted to U/W.
    • Files in Credit Package in Review (Document Check) are in data entry and may need additional documentation.
  • Underwriting Conditions are received when milestone status updates to Conditions Review.
  • Closing Package submission is complete when milestone status updates to Loan Package Received.
    • If status does not update, file may need additional documentation.
  • If the file is incomplete, it is considered received on the day it becomes complete.
• Files and Conditions must be received by 2:00 pm PST; items received after 2:00 pm PST are considered received on the next business day.
• When uploading conditions, credit or closing packages you must click Submit For Review in order to send the file back to us.
